My name is Nicola Balliger and I am a qualified bespoke lampshade maker and soft furnisher and I have been making lampshades and other lovely sewn interiors and apparel ever since.

I can take commissions from you whether you are an individual, a shop or the trade - I make shades in all shapes and sizes - using modern laminate backings with your choice of fabric attached, or the traditional soft shades, hand sewn and tailored to suit - either stretched across the frame or gathered or pleated. 

In the online store here, there are a few shades for sale - vintage, hand sewn or drums. You will also find us at various markets and events.

I also run workshops where I teach you how to make lampshades to a professional level either to set up your own business - or just for fun, for you or your friends.
